1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
•Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
•Original packaging must be intact.
•Proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Return an Item
To start a return:
1.Email us at hello@fakebake.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
2.Once your return is approved, send the item to:

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
3. Refunds
•Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status within 5 working days.
•If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
•Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
