Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may sometimes be filtered.

We aim to process and dispatch orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or during weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

At this time, we are unable to offer delivery outside of the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

1.Bank Holidays & Weekends
Fake Bake UK is closed on weekends and all bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
2.High-Demand Periods
During busy periods such as holidays or sales, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.
3.Unexpected Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances—such as severe weather, postal strikes, or technical updates—may occasionally cause delays.
4.Tracking Updates
We are working to enhance our delivery service, including adding tracking capabilities. This feature will be available soon to ensure you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
